What the app is
C/C++ Studio is a free learning tool. It compiles the C or C++ that you write for a small machine that runs on your device, and explains what each line did. It is meant for study and practice.
It covers the parts of C, C++ and the Turbo C graphics library taught in a first programming course, not the whole of either language or its standard library. Its behaviour can differ from compilers such as GCC, Clang or Turbo C. Check important results, such as graded coursework, against the tools your course requires.
Using the app
You may install and use the app on your own devices for personal, educational and teaching purposes. Please do not copy, resell or redistribute the app, remove its notices, or interfere with the adverts it shows.
The programs you write are yours. They stay on your device, and you are responsible for keeping a copy of anything you want to keep. The example programs in the app may be used and changed freely for learning and teaching.
Adverts and other services
The app is free and shows banner adverts served by Google AdMob. I do not choose or endorse individual adverts. How advertising data is handled is explained in the C/C++ Studio privacy policy.
Some buttons open other apps or websites, such as Google Play, your email app or an AI app you choose. Those services are run by other parties under their own terms.
No warranty
The app is provided as is, without charge. I work to keep it accurate and reliable, but I do not promise that it is free of mistakes, that it will always be available, or that it suits a particular purpose.
To the extent the law allows, I am not liable for loss or damage that results from using the app, including lost work or a wrong result. Nothing in these terms limits rights that the law gives you as a consumer and that cannot be set aside by agreement.
Changes and contact
The app may be updated, changed or withdrawn. If these terms change, the new version will be published on this page with a new date. Questions can be sent to [email protected].
