Products, apps and third-party websites linked from the portfolio may have separate licences and terms. These website terms do not replace those agreements or a signed client contract.

Content and ownership

Original portfolio content belongs to me unless otherwise credited. Client work, screenshots, logos, trademarks and quoted recommendations remain subject to their respective owners’ rights. Showing a project here describes my contribution; it does not claim ownership of the client’s business or all of its work.

You are welcome to view the portfolio and share links to it. Please obtain permission from the relevant rights holder before republishing or commercially reusing protected material, except where a licence or applicable law permits that use. Published software remains subject to its own licence.

Responsible use

Use the website, contact form and assistant lawfully. Do not submit spam, malicious code or unlawful material, impersonate someone else, attempt unauthorised access, bypass access controls or rate limits, or disrupt the service.

Only share information you are entitled to provide. Please keep passwords and confidential or sensitive personal information out of enquiries and chat. Access may be limited where reasonably necessary to prevent abuse or protect the service.

Ask ZuBOT and information accuracy

ZuBOT is an AI assistant that helps you explore my work and services. Its answers can be inaccurate or out of date. Confirm important details directly with me before relying on them.

The assistant cannot agree to a contract, confirm my availability, promise a delivery date or make a binding quotation on my behalf. Portfolio examples describe particular projects, rather than a guarantee of the same outcome for every project.

Enquiries and paid work

Sending an enquiry or chatting with ZuBOT does not by itself create a client relationship or an obligation to purchase services. Scope, fees, payment arrangements, delivery, confidentiality, intellectual property and support are agreed separately before paid work begins.

Availability and external links

I aim to keep the portfolio accurate and available, but pages or features may change or be temporarily unavailable for maintenance. External websites and services are controlled by their respective operators; review their terms and privacy information before using them.

Nothing on this page excludes or limits rights or responsibilities that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
