Calorie Calculator is an Android app I built for daily calorie estimates, BMI, macros and a simple day meal plan. It brings the same calorie maths family as my WordPress calculators to a native mobile experience.
From body details to a daily plan
- Estimate total daily energy expenditure (TDEE) with a choice of calculation formulas.
- See BMI, calorie targets for maintaining, losing or gaining weight, and protein, carbohydrate and fat splits.
- Explore illustrative meal and activity ideas from a built-in food and exercise library.
- Revisit calculation history saved on the device, without creating an account.
- Run calculations offline. Online advertising helps keep the app free.
Built for Android
The app is available free on Google Play for phones and tablets running Android 7.0 or newer. The gallery shows its home screen, body details form, results and day planner.
Results are estimates for general wellness education, not medical advice.
