The Staff Skills Academy learner and company portal is the day-to-day home for corporate training, wellbeing, and benefits. I built and continue to evolve the product as a Laravel API with a Vue.js front end — so dashboards, pathways, SCORM delivery, and reporting stay fast as seat counts grow.

The problem
Enterprise clients needed a single place for assigned learning, company matrices, pathways, and engagement reporting — without forcing administrators through a generic LMS admin. The product had to feel modern for learners while remaining operationally dense for L&D teams.
What I delivered
- Learner & company dashboards Engagement metrics, seat packages, announcements, and custom date ranges that make progress obvious at a glance.
- Learning operations Course builds, pathways, SCORM packages, collections, messages, and quicklinks wired through a coherent Vue UI on Laravel services.
- Hub experiences Course, wellbeing, and performance hubs so organisations can package more than compliance modules alone.
- Secure multi-tenant workflows Authentication, notifications, language tools, and role-aware navigation for administrators and learners.
Outcome
app.staffskillsacademy.co.uk is the live application surface for Staff Skills Academy — part of the wider academy+ platform family I have architected and maintained since 2018, serving corporate learners at scale alongside New Skills Academy.
